Returns

We want you to love everything you receive from Ocean Bliss. If something isn't quite right, here's what to do.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To do this, please contact us within 14 days and return the item(s) within a further 14 days.

Items should be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if it has been handled more than is reasonably necessary.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed bath and body products that are not suitable for return once unsealed cannot normally be returned after the seal has been broken, unless they are faulty.

If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option.

Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returning an item

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct returns address and any relevant

return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your return or refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can help put things right.

Where possible, please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. This helps us investigate the issue quickly and arrange an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, repair or other suitable remedy.

Please do not return a faulty or incorrect item until you have contacted us, as we may be able to resolve the issue without requiring a return.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take clear photographs of both the packaging and affected item(s).

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and photographs where available. This helps us investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Christmas Orders 🎄

For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by

Sunday 13 December 2026.

After this date we'll do our very best, but we can't guarantee pre-Christmas arrival due to

Royal Mail peak-period delays.

If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
